Once your donation has been made, it can be fully refunded anytime within 14 days of the donation. After 14 days, MySadaqat cannot guarantee the ability to refund donations as they may have already been transferred to the Campaign. After 14 days, MySadaqat reserves the right to refuse a refund and to retain the transaction fee in the event that a donation is approved.
MySadaqat cannot guarantee your donation will be used as described on a fundraising page and is therefore not responsible for the actions of a charity Campaign; Campaign Organizer or Fundraiser. While we strongly discourage, and actively screen campaigns to ensure that donations are not directed towards frivolous, abusive or unjustifiable administrative expenses, Campaigns may use your donation for administration costs or for appeals not originally intended. To limit the potential for this, we do encourage Campaign Organizers / Fundraisers to post regular updates on the use and proceeds of the funds raised to enhance transparency between the donors.
14 days after a donation has been made, any dispute or dealings shall be between the donor and recipient. If you require your donation to be for a specific purpose only or you are dissatisfied about how funds are being used, you should contact the Campaign directly.
When you make a donation, the transaction has been completed, and 14 days have passed, this cannot be disputed except in the case where fraudulent or unauthorized usage of your payment card or payment method is proven. If you suspect or are aware of fraudulent activity being carried out in your name, you must contact the provider of your card or payment method, for them to advise you accordingly.
