In line with our aim to be your trusted partner in charitable giving, we do not save or hold onto any of your personal financial data on our website. For donors, when you enter your credit or debit card details, these details are transmitted by an encrypted channel to our payment processor, who is PCI compliant and has extensive security to protect your data. We decided to go with Helcim as our payment processor due to their high security protocols in dealing with donor information, as well as their excellent rates that save our donors and campaign managers even more money.

For campaigns and organizations, the only information we retain on our website is that which is already publicly posted, and hence, we do not hold any sensitive personal data on our servers or anywhere else. We are not PCI compliant, nor are we seeking to be, which limits both your risk and our liability in this important regard.
